Orders & Returns
ORDERS:
1. Same day delivery on orders placed before 12 PM.
2. Standard delivery 1-2 working days.
3. Delivery is free of cost for all orders.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our store.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order.
RETURNS:
1. Make sure the items are in the same condition as you received them, with all the tags and security seals untouched and attached. Boxes, dust bags and other packaging must be returned with the items.
2. Put the items that you want to return in a box, preferably the original one, and make sure that it is properly sealed.
3. Arrange your parcel collection or drop off with the courier.
4. You can check the status of your return at any time
5. Your refund will be issued as soon as the return has been received and checked by our staff. We kindly remind you that the refund time frame will depend on the payment method used at the moment of purchase.
Returns costs will be free.
Returns acceptance
Once we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, your refund will be processed.
